Same experience as you, but their service is good. My a/c went out on a weekend and they were the only company that responded same day. They came out and fixed the issue. However, their Payment structure for that initial visit entailed purchasing a warranty - not just paying for the repair. it was quite expensive and i was annoyed. However, several years later i needed another repair and it was reasonable. I also needed a new system as mine was 32 years old. They did that installation. I paid what i expected to pay after researching the cost. They showed up on time on the day they were supposed to and installed the system without any problems. I had a n/c warranty and they are diligent about the service checks. They accommodate difficult schedules as well. The trick is not to overpay that first visit, however their service and expertise are reassuring and they are great to work with.

Glad we found this company. They were able to get out quickly to diagnose and repair our heating. We’ve had bad experiences with other companies, so we were happy to have found one that was fast, responsive, and have great employees. Josh, our service tech is always great and is communicative.
