Does this include a slab? If so, does the slab need to be built up to pitch towards the alley? How many windows do you need? Does it require a sidewalk? Are there any trees that need to be cut down? Do they need to trench for electrical? Etc.
On top of that the cost for materials fluctuates. All of these things are factors. Schedule an appointment for them to quote you.

They did a great job building our garage. Pricing was very competitive. The salesperson knew the Chicago building code and did not promise things that could not be delivered. And my favorite part was the salesperson's suggestion to use french doors instead a garage style door for the party door. I love that it looks like a cute cottage when I look out the window, instead just a garage.

The team was great! Arrived in time ready to work. The job is as promised. Very respectful of plantings and property. Clean up and disposal of materials amazing. I'd use them again if I needed a garage:-)

I would highly recommend Absolute Garage Builders . All the trades men from the tear down of old garage , to new cement foundation, to the carpenters who built the garage to the electricians were skilled and professional. Wally the salesman and architect and the office manager were very responsive to our questions/ concerns.
