The Woods at Cedar Run is private pay and not based on income. The apartments next to it may be, and that one is called Mallard Run.

I think there are two different apt. complexes next to each other. The complex NEXT TO The Woods at Cedar Run might be an income-based complex for seniors. Sorry I don't know what the "non-Woods" apts. are called.

Not sure I've only been in Mallard Run in front of it
Great facility with an amazing staff. Today, we assisted a resident, and Katie was incredibly helpful. She guided us through the facility and expedited the move-in process efficiently.

The residents are happy and the employees are super friendly and everyone looks out for each other! We can't say enough about the Woods at Cedar Run!

I love my job working at The Woods! The residents are so wonderful and welcoming. Our staff is very caring and compassionate. Our company IntegraCare has excellent benefits for employees. Our location is very convenient to shopping and other activities. We are in a wooded area with nature all around.
